The problem solving approach That emphasis on negotiation be a problem solving procedure in terms of the best way to get the job done in each situation. However, as far as the organization is concerned, there must be compensation programmes which are designed to i) attract capable employees; ii) motivate them for superior performance; and, iii) retain their services over an extended period of time.
