Synopsis "The Stem Night"
Mr. Gipson's class is hosting STEM Night at the elementary school. STEM stands forscience, technology, engineering and mathematics. Niya's parents; Mr. Pierre, who works withcomputer technology, and Mrs. Jaxon-Pierre, who is a nurse, will be teaching the students andparents about their careers. Her brother Tyler, who is about to graduate from college, will beteaching about civil engineering. Hana will show the students an experiment she's doing with herdad who is a scientist. Other students will participate and interact with all of the technology theprofessionals brought, and learn how their careers work.STEM Night is a part of the Culture Kids series, which differs from any other children'sbooks series, is a multicultural rhyming series that features children of many different races andethnicities who are in the same class!
