There is strong evidence that supports bed rest greater than two days is not effective in the treatment of acute low back pain. Restriction of activity is impressive for recovery from mechanical low back pain.The results of this study concluded that McKenzie‟s approach is more effective therapy for mechanical low back pain patients.
