Synopsis "Tramp Vessels"

Bobby Clarke, because of his background had a wealth of information on the drug trade and was able to provide Lister with the names and contact numbers of the cartel leaders. Their first contacts were with the two cartel leaders who had established relationship with the corporation as was one of the providers of the illegal drugs to Finesse. Daniel Villas, was the Caribbean drug supplier to Finesse and Hakim Alba the middle eastern drug supplier to Finesse. Lister's first call was to Daniel Villas. The call was one that Villas had hoped for. Since the death of Finesse his drug business had experienced a substantial decrease and the demand for marijuana had decreased by almost fifty percent over the last two years, one decrease that law enforcement officials were eager to see continue. Lister and Villas met at the offices of Sundry Corporation after the meeting was arranged by Bobby Clarke. Lister listened while Villas told him how the arrangement between he and Finesse had worked and how successful it had been. He let Lister know that his ability to make the drug deals with the small independently operated branches of the corporation protected the principle office from being connected with the drug operation and gave the import of certain merchandise from Caribbean islands for sale by the small business gave the operation the appearance of legitimacy. Lister and Villas agreed to restart the operation and share the profits in the same manner that was agreed with by Finesse.
