Unit 53 escalated their attacks over the years which led to many police visits and legal proceedings and eventually led to a court ordered 'Forced Sale' imposed on them in 2018.Inside these pages, Geoff details how he, his family, other unit owners, the condominium corporation, the property managers and the lawyers used the law, the condominium act, and the condo by-laws to get the court to force the family living in Unit 53 to sell their home and move out.That said, this wasn't the initial intent of anyone involved.
