Discovery City has been freed from the threat of the Cyclone war machine: Colossus. Destroyed by Captain Annie Reid, Lieutenant Perky Whittier, and the four Whittier clones; Una, Dosey, Traci, and Suzi, using the New World Order's own war machine, the hailstorm, against it. The people of Discovery City have risen against the occupying forces and are fighting to drive the Cyclones from the city. Captain Anne Reid, Lieutenant Perky Whittier, and Sergeant Hannah Perry form the core of a group of daring guerillas who will risk their lives to wreak havoc on the army of the New World Order. They become known as the War Bitches.One girl stands out among those fighting females: Lieutenant Victoria "Perky" Whittier. He blames the spirited girl for the destruction of his primary research facility, of his war machine, Hailstorm, and of the ship Colossus.
