Synopsis "What A Woman Needs"
A woman is like a pie, deliciously fragrant and filled with the fruits of the Spirit. But as life throws its challenges, pieces of her pie are taken, or ingredients that make the pie so delicious are nowhere to be found. Suddenly, her pie is no longer fit for eating. Ladies, what does your pie look like today? The emptiness of our plates is due to our allowing the vital pieces of ourselves to be stolen by worldly hands, leaving God's beautiful and once whole, hearty female creation to be picked over. In What a Woman Needs, Pastor Penny Butler, overseer Women of Determination Ministries in Chicago, Illinois, works to inspire women, helping them to overcome the trials and tribulations occurring in everyday life by applying the Word of the God. Pastor Butler shares with readers her own experiences of failure and victory and takes them through her personal walk with God. Butler aims to strengthen and motivate women as an overcomer through God's grace, wisdom, and love.
