Synopsis "Willowbark"
Rebecca Mader is about to be married to a man she's having a few concerns about. Namely, does she even know him anymore? After today, she's not so sure. And, she has a funeral to arrange, an entire estate to run on her own. and now there is a man pointing a gun at her back! Could her luck get any worse? She wants her fiancé dead, and if someone won't do it for her, she'll just have to do it herself. She will not stand to be another mans' fool. Perhaps the handsome man who'd barged into her home, jeopardizing her life, can be convinced he now owes her this small favor. Sebastian LeGue, her betrothed, must die. Rebecca has no idea the man in her midst is the 'real' Sebastian LeGue. Or, that the imposter she's about to marry is the same individual who scarred this poor man and left him for dead years ago. Rex Hunter came to Willowbark to kill an imposter; a vile creep who took his money, his name, and committed murder, framing Rex. Revenge still sweet when cold, he never thought he'd fall victim to a woman's tears, or her dire need to convince him he should stay. Get in. Get out. Never look back.
