Featuring episodes V-VIII, this second collection takes Dan and Drew and puts them through even more terrors, some new threats, and an old enemies. Finally joining a group, the two make new friends, grow as leaders, and even reunite with an old friend. Dan, having been elected the leader of the new group, must put aside his faults and vices in order to protect his new family.In addition to the newly arisen creatures, fragments of the Wormwood comet begin heading toward the Earth, one fragment impacting not too far away. The resulting darkness brings artic cold, fierce winds, and an even more depserate need for skills and supplies.
