Synopsis "A Half Bubble Out of Plumb: Laughter is Good Medicine"

This book contains a collection of funny anecdotes, memories and unforgettable people that the author met while working nearly fifty years in the medical field. They are drawn from his experiences working as an ambulance attendant, emergency and nursing home orderly, Navy Corpsmen in Vietnam, pharmaceutical representative, college professor and Physician Assistant. The reader will see that laughter does have healing properties as they traverse the pages of these memories with the author. It starts with him telling a lady in labor, "Don't Pant", and ends with him trying to find a lost cell phone in a nursing home. Sprinkled in between are stories about patient miracles, pink flying birds and even a pet flying squirrel. The reader is also taken on adventures throughout Canada, the Philippines, South Vietnam, China, Japan, Hawaii and multiple U.S. cities. About The Author Born in Pennsylvania and educated in Georgia.
