The Format is simple: Devotional writing from my Dissertation, the Scripture readings specifically pertaining to the day's topic, then a Prayer to pray from either a Reformer, a martyr of the Reformed faith, Book of Common Prayer or a contemporary reformer (such as Daniel R Hyde). Each day builds on top of the day before. It is available in LARGE print as well.
