Blakely whispered, kissing Brett on the lips. Her heart overcome with happiness and joy, Blakely opened the jewelry box. As she opened it, Blakely felt her heart stop. Inside the jewelry box was a silver band with a dark blue stone. Without having to guess what it was, Blakely immediately knew that Brett's gift to her was a promise ring.
