The mid-watch, the time between midnight and 4 a.m., has been a serious and crucial post of security in wartime for centuries. Unfortunately, it hasn't translated into the spiritual war because it's a battle largely off our radar. If unseen then, unreal. But when a photo shoot with an interesting subject enlightened me to the evidence of something more sinister invading my home, as a dad, I had a decision to make.
