Eiphnh est fabula comica a poeta Aristophane scripta, quae anno 411 A.C. primum in Athenis publice acta est. In hac fabula, Aristophanes de bello Peloponnesiaco satirice loquitur. Eiphnh est historia de duobus Atheniensibus, Trygaeo et Carion, qui navigio ad caelum ascendere conantur, ut deorum auxilium petant in bello. Cum ad caelum perveniunt, deos in ludum vertunt et eos de bello Peloponnesiaco iocose arguunt. Haec editio libri, quam anno 1897 publicavit editor Henricus Dunbar, continet textum fabulae cum scholiorum antiquorum excerptis passim emendatis. Scholia antiqua sunt commentarii et explanationes ad textum Aristophanis a scriptoribus antiquis conscripti. In hac editione, Dunbar scholia emendavit et notis explicavit, ut lectoribus melius intellegant Aristophanis fabulam et antiqua scholia.
