Synopsis "Larvicida contro Aedes aegypti (in Italian)"

Questo studio mirava a determinare i costituenti chimici, la tossicità, il potenziale antiossidante e l'attività larvicida dell'olio essenziale di Aniba rosaeodora Ducke contro le larve di Aedes aegypti. Il principale costituente chimico trovato nell'olio essenziale di A. rosaeodora era il β-linalolo 63,16%, essendo considerato molto promettente per la sintesi farmaceutica. Nel test di tossicità, la CL50 variava da 582 mg L-1 a 282 mgL-1 ed è stata classificata come non tossica. L'EO ha mostrato attività larvicida con LC50 di 41,07 mgL-1 e relativa attività antiossidante. In base ai risultati riscontrati, è stato possibile valutare che l'OE analizzato sia composto da sostanze che hanno un buon effetto larvicida rispetto ad Aedes aegypti, favorendone così le potenzialità applicative.
