Synopsis "Lupus in geriatrics: is it less serious?"
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a rare and poorly studied entity, especially in Tunisia. It is a connectivite of polymorphic clinical expression. Some authors suggest that the occurrence of this autoimmune disease in people is characterized by a good prognosis both vital and functional. The aim of our work was to analyze the particularities of patients with geriatric onset SLE and to determine the prognosis of this connectivite in this specific population.
