The story unfolds with her 2 years and 11 month battle to the day with a corrupt police department setting the stage for a rocky road for her fight to justice was served. She takes you through the process of being a victim/witness, coping, grieving and starting anew and how she had to stay strong throughout the process. Even though the story is a sad one, sticking by principals got her to the other side and it is her hopes that through her experiences can somehow help one another person who finds themselves in a club they never wanted to join.
