Synopsis "Shadows of Magic"
The world is broken, and magic is an exchange of shadows. Finn knows magic is dangerous. He knows it destroyed the world he loved, that it causes madness in those who attempt to wield it. The once great City of Mages is a sealed tomb no one has entered in a century. So, when an ancient power came to him, he resisted. Despite how much he wanted to make his world better, despite everything he thought he could build, despite what his best friend urged, he did what he thought was right. His parents paid the price. Fighting abilities he didn't understand and couldn't control, to avoid a power he never asked for, Finn's control slipped.
