Biblically, the Bible tells us that God's help is delivered to us in and through the person of the Holy Spirit. As a result, it serves the Christian well to get to know who the Holy Spirit is, what He is like, and what He can do. This book deals with those very things. Specifically, this book deals with the gift of tongues and the impact (1 Corinthians 14:4) that this gift can have on a person's mental and emotional well-being.
