In this memoir, Dr. John McDonough has gone back in remembrance and found himself within the familiar domains of place and family. Beginning with a summary narrative that describes his early childhood to adult years, he proceeds through time beginning at age nine, relating school, work, college, medical training, family and professional life experiences.
