Synopsis "The Photographer: Collective False Memories"
Collective false memories landed Nelson Mandela the namesake of the Mandela Effect. While this story, nor the Effect, has anything to do with the great man Mandela was, the Mandela Effect is a horrifying possibility that may be proof that what we call "Reality" has spiraled out of control.What if the entire World operated on a stream of data, much like downloading a file or watching a video online? What if that stream of data was compromised and someone now controls what we think and feel? Or worse, what if that someone controls who lives and who dies. In the story of "The Photographer," the CIA, on behalf of our tax dollars, assemble a Louisiana-Based Task Force to pay attention to what we may call The Mandela Effect. If the Stream of Reality is in fact compromised and the World as we know it is in the hands of The Photographer, will the crass-cultured Task Force leave the Bars of Bourbon Street long enough to get Reality back?...Anyway, that tells anyone a bit about the stuff in this book.
